It goes without saying "If it's HOT you DON'T TOUCH IT." I was in a hurry and must have been thinking of something else because, well, I NOT ONLY TOUCHED IT - I LEANED ON THE TOP OF THE MUFFLER on a trencher I was working with. Yes, I GOT BURNED and Yes, IT HURT!
I IMMEDIATELY SOAKED the palm of my hand with my 100% PURE super-refined EMU OIL, again after 5 minutes, and once again after 5 more minutes. I then soaked gauze with my 100% PURE super-refined EMU OIL and covered my hand with a rubber glove. I kept the gauze soaked with the oil.
